LUBRICATION TRAINING AND AUDIT SERVICES
Southern Design provides training and certification from the International Council of Machinery Lubrication. MLA I & II as well as MLT I & II certificates are available. Course content includes maintenance strategies, lubrication types, lubricant storage & management, oil sampling, oil analysis and others.
Southern Design also provides plant lubrication audits consisting of a detailed walk-thru of your facility collecting data on the practices, and conducting interviews with key personnel. After assessing your current lubrication program and benchmarking it against industry standards, we recommend the best lubricants and practices to support your equipment.
